May 26, 2012 Our Last Sea Day

Our Last Sea Day

Wayne woke up at 7am to run before going to spin class while I slept in.

We both had breakfast and then went to morning trivia which we didn't win.

At 11am, Ian took Wayne with him for a tour of the Bridge (a perk with their suite) and Jo and I went to bingo. This was my first time playing bingo on either cruise. The fourth game was a full house and I WON but had to share with 2 other people. We each got $38 so after taking out the money to cover bingo, I won $6!!

At 12:30pm, Wayne and I went to see the future cruise consultant. We bought a future cruise certificate which will give us on board credit on our next RC cruise. Wayne feels Royal Caribbean is his favourite cruise line of the ones we have been on. For me, this ship (Mariner of the Seas) is my favourite ship.

Lunch in the dining room and then we headed up to get some sun and read while enjoying an adult beverage or 2. :) It was a wonderful day - sunny, warm and calm seas.

Dinner was in the buffet and then we got our cameras to take photos as we passed through the Strait of Messina.

7:45pm was music trivia - 50's & 60's music. Not our best score...

We went to see the show in the lounge which was really good.

Back to the cabin and we watched the end of "The Sixth Sense". Then Wayne wanted an ice cream so up to the pool deck we go but it is closed. We went to the Promenade Cafe and I got a scone and Wayne got a cookie. Then back to the cabin to watch "Raiders of the Lost Ark". A better selection of newer movies would be nice.

Tomorrow - Our last port - Naples, Italy
